I have performed all phases of home construction while buying, repairing/remodeling or performing additional new construction then selling homes over a period of 20+ years. I also have worked 5 years in the home construction business primarily in framing and foundation construction.

My 25 years in the electrical engineering profession brings an engineers discipline to the evaluation of potential problems.

I am a member in good standing with the National Association of Certified Home Iinspectors. See certifications below.

Graduate of Oregon State University (Bachelor of Science-Agriculture and Resource Economics, 1978) and Oregon Institute of Technology (Associate of Science-Electronics Engineering Technology, 1983).
