David Boyd—Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)®
David Boyd is the owner and inspector of Powder Valley Home Inspections, LLC. David takes pride in operating a property inspection service that delivers a consistently high quality product. A home is a huge investment, and it’s David’s job to keep you from walking into negotiations unaware of what lies ahead. A Disciplined Approach to Property Evaluation
Prior to David’s career as a professional home inspector, he gained significant experience in closely related fields. For over 25 years, David worked as an electrical engineer, cultivating a disciplined mentality and adamant focus on safety that is integral to his ability to offer a first-rate home inspection. David also worked for several years in residential framing and foundation construction, giving him a strong knowledge of home design. When David inspects a property, his meticulous approach allows him to identify any potential problems while also determining whether or not other components are affected. David then thinks ahead to decide what solutions are available so that his customers can be as informed and prepared as possible.
